How do I get hold of a FREE Charisma parking pass for cut-price
parking?
If you live in the Cheshire West and Chester Council
area then you can collect a FREE parking pass
valid 1 April 2009 -31 March 2010.
Extra parking passes cost £5 each. You can also get a pass
holder priced £1.50 for your windscreen from the Chester Town Hall
Tourist Information Centre.

Charisma car parking passes give you the following
discounts:
- Northgate (off Victoria Road) - CH1 2BB
– unlimited parking 10am – 6pm for only £2
- Little Roodee Car Park - CH1 1SL
– 6 hours parking for the price of 3 hours
- The Market Car Park (Princess Street) - CH1 2BB
– 4 hours parking for the price of 2 hours
* The Market Car Park is accessible from Princess Street
and St Martins Way. If you wish to use your Charisma car park pass
please only enter from the St Martins Way entrance. Drivers
entering from Princess Street MUST pay on foot before leaving and
will not be able to receive the Charisma discount.

– Up to 4 hours parking for the price of 2 hours

your parking ticket in your car windscreen.
You can apply for a new Charisma Parking Pass in a number of
ways:

Available to Cheshire West and Chester residents
only:
- One Charisma Parking Pass required for each car registered
- Your Charisma Parking Pass is only valid for your current car.
If you change your car registration please bring in your current
car park pass and we will issue you with a new pass
complimentary.
- Discounts only available if your Charisma Pass is displayed in
your car windscreen (you will not receive discounts by displaying
your Charisma Card)
- Charisma Parking Passes are valid from 1st April 2009 to
31st March 2010.

Free After Three:
Parking in Chester is Free after 3pm at the Market Car Park
(Princess Street), Gorse Stacks and St Annes Street Car Park.
- Gorse Stacks car park - park for free after 3pm
daily.
- The Market car park (Princess Street)* - park for free
after 3pm daily.
- St Annes Street car park - park for free after 3pm daily.
Please note: if you arrive in the car park before 3pm you must
buy a pay and display ticket to cover you until the free period
begins.
