Here you’ll find everything you need to know about the West Cheshire and Chester residents’ discount card. Charisma card – launched in 2003 – is FREE to residents of the West Cheshire and Chester District (ie you pay your Council Tax to West Cheshire and Chester Council)
Card holders enjoy a fabulous range of discounts in shops, restaurants, beauty and hair salons. It also gives discount admissions to attractions including FREE entry to Chester Cathedral
